When do I need to make the payment?

For Certificates, you need to make the payment with DIR after submitting your application. You will receive an email with the DIR invoice within 48 hours. Print the invoice and go to DIR to make the payment. Your application will not be reviewed until you complete the payment and upload the receipt to BIA.

For Permits, you need to make the payment after receiving a conditional approval from BIA. Once your application has been approved by the investment board, you will receive an email with the conditional approval letter and a DIR invoice. Print the invoice and go to DIR to make the payment.
