[0:00] Once you log into the first home that's your rating portal, you'll be brought to the home page. Here we can see the home page is subdivided into several parts that make your work easy to perform and everything easy to find. In the very upper right, there's a user profile icon. This user profile icon can be used to change your password. Below that, in the available forms panel, we can find all the forms available for filling out.
[0:31] So for instance, if you need to submit an application for First Home Vets, you're rating. You would click on the First Home Vets, you're rating form. The same applies for a pre-approval transfer of home mortgage and enter Vivo's gift applications. In the center, under the My Applications panel, you'll find all applications that you have submitted in the past. On each of these cards, at the very top, you will find the case number associated with your application.
[1:02] Below that, you will find exactly what application it was, whether it was First Home, First Home Pre-approval, etc. And then below that, you'll find the date and the time that you submitted the application. To the left of that is the My Task Paint. If, for instance, you submitted a document and this document has modifications that are required, the officer assigned to reviewing your application may return this document to you, with comments explaining what needs to be corrected.
[1:35] This return will create a task, which you can find under the My Task Paint. For each card, you will find on the left the date that this task was created for you. A title, giving a brief explanation of what needs to be completed, and then the case with which this task is associated. And then below that, you will find the status. To access the task, click on it and then we'll bring up the task form. Below these, we have two bars, Application Requiring Payments, and Applications Not Submitted.
[2:13] If you submit an Artifu fill out an application, and you save it as a draft, it will not appear under my Applications. If you want to view that, you need to click under Applications Not Submitted, Completed, Submitted, and then it will appear under my Applications. Once your application has been approved, most of the time you'll be required to submit a payment to the Department of Endland Revenue. You can find which applications require payments by clicking on Applications Requiring Payments.
[2:47] And then below these, on the left, we have Help Documents, which will have videos such as this explaining exactly how to navigate and to work through the first home value rating portal. And then to the right, any policies and procedures that help explain exactly the process for approval or any rules associated with that stamp.
