[0:00] Welcome to the VAT stamp processing portal where you can take actions to submit a brand-new application, make payment on an application that was landed at that status, or view all of your current applications at any time. Let's take a look at what's available to us here. First, in the top right-hand corner, we have the user profile in case you need to make any amendments. Below that, we have the message center which shows all communications to and from in-land revenue regarding your applications. On the left-hand side, under my applications, first off, we have the button that will let us use a new VAT and stamp duty submission form,
[0:37] where it says "Click here to create a new application." This would launch our form when we're ready. Next, we have our most recent applications. These are things that we have recently submitted, along with the type that it is, the number that's been assigned to it, as well as the time that we submitted it. Below this, we have my applications. This is draft applications, things that we have not yet submitted. My applications, all things that have been submitted at any various status that they may be, and applications requiring payments, things that have reached that point have been approved and are waiting for your payment.
[1:12] Under my organization's applications, you can see similar things, but for your entire organization, whoever you may belong to. For example, all applications that have been submitted, applications from my organization that require payments, anything that's outstanding for payment, and applications form my organization by status so that I can see every single thing there at whatever status it may be. Below that, I will have help document features here. You'll be able to find videos and documents, and then below that, we have things such as the contact us, privacy policy, terms and conditions, and of course, the refund policy.
