View a case's activity

Case activity shows the history of your case. It lists case actions, status changes, Officer decisions, and their dates. This can help you understand the case before you call the Department of Inland Revenue.

Tip: Before calling the Department for an update, check all case details, Case Activity, and case notes.

  1. Open Applications and select Case View.
  2. Search for the case and open its case number.
  3. Find Case Activity on the case details.
  4. Read each entry's event and date to see what happened and when.

Whose activity you can see

You see activity only for cases sent by you or by your organisation.
