Before you start

After you sign in, Dashboard gives you a summary of your VAT Stamp work. Its cards are shortcuts. The linked pages have complete lists and filters. They also give the steps for each task.

Choose whose applications to show

My Applications is selected when the dashboard first opens.

  • Select My Applications to show your applications. These are only the applications YOU personally submitted.
  • Select My Organization to show applications for your organisation that you can access. This includes applications you submitted. It also includes those submitted by other members of your organisation. 

Note: If you have created multiple accounts, My Applications only shows applications submitted under the current user. To see applications submitted under another username, select My Organization. You can also sign in as that user and select My Applications.

This choice changes the application cards. It also changes the lists their headings open. It does not filter Announcement or Message Center.

Use the upper dashboard

  • Announcement shows a current active announcement. No announcements means there is no active announcement to show.
  • Draft Applications shows recent work that has not been submitted. Select a case number to open its editable form. To find other drafts, select the card heading.
  • Message Center opens your messages. The application ownership choice does not change the messages shown there.

Choose an application shortcut

Under Applications, choose the card that matches what you need:

  • My Recent Submitted Applications shows recently submitted cases.
  • Past Due shows cases in Payment Processing that are now accruing interest. You must pay them in full to prevent more interest charges.

Select a case number when you want to open that case. Select a card heading to open its full filtered list.

No cases found means no case matches that card and the application ownership choice. It does not mean the dashboard failed to load.

What happens next

The page opened from a card gives you the full list. It also gives you task controls. Return to Dashboard for a fresh summary. You can also use it as a shortcut to another part of your work.
