Before you delete
Deleting one application is not the same as deleting its package. The rules differ. Both apply only before you submit the package.
- You can delete one application on its own only while its status is Draft.
- You can delete a whole package while every application in it is Draft or Ready To Submit.
To remove a Ready To Submit application, delete its package. You cannot delete that application on its own. Mark an application Ready To Submit explains the ready status.
Your screen may also show a Delete icon on a Ready To Submit row. Do not use it. To remove ready work, delete the package or first change the application to be deleted to Draft.
Choose the level carefully. Deleting a package removes every application in it. Neither deletion can be undone.

Delete one draft application
- Open Draft Applications. Find draft and submitted applications explains where draft work lives.
- Expand the package to see its applications.
- Check that the application's status is Draft.
- Select the Delete icon on the application's row.
-
Read the Delete Case confirmation. It names the case number and warns that the action cannot be undone.

- Select Delete only if you want to remove the application. Cancel closes it without deleting anything.
Delete a whole package
- Open Draft Applications and find the package.
- Check that every application in the package is Draft or Ready To Submit.
- Select Delete Package on the package row.
-
Read the Delete Package confirmation. It warns that all cases within the package will be deleted.

- Tick the acknowledgement box. The Delete button stays disabled until you tick it.
- Select Delete only if you want to remove the whole package. Cancel closes it without deleting anything.
What happens next
After you confirm, the portal removes the draft work. A deleted package takes every application in it. The deletion cannot be undone.
These rules apply only before you submit the package. They do not apply to submitted work.
