Visit https://public.gov.bs/sites/PUB_VATExemptPortal to access the First Home VAT Zero Rating portal.
Existing Users
If you already have an account, enter your username and password in the sign-in box and click Sign In.
New Users
If you do not have an account, click Create Account to begin the registration process.
Government Employees
Government employees and contractors should use the separate sign-in box provided on the login page.
